What is Visitor Visa?
Visitor visa also known as a temporary resident visa, is an official document issued by the Canadian government that allows foreign nationals to enter Canada for a temporary stay.
Who can apply?
- have a valid travel document, like a passport
- be in good health
- have no criminal or immigration-related convictions
- convince an immigration officer that you have ties—such as a job, home, financial assets or family—that will take you back to your home country

- have enough money for your stay

When to apply?
It's advisable to apply for a visitor visa at least one to two months before your planned travel date, to allow sufficient time for processing and to avoid any potential delays.
